Dear Expo Attendee,

Come … join the fun at EXPO 2010, where we will meet to “Just Play!” This fun theme invites doll and bear artists and manufactures to display and create whimsical, playful treasures to entertain and delight you as you explore new surroundings, make new friends, and have the best time of your collecting-life. We’ve moved south from D.C. -- where the living is easy and the people are gracious and friendly….North Carolina, here we come!

The Marriott Winston-Salem will be our host hotel -- and we love the luxurious accommodations they have to offer. Much of EXPO activity will take place at Winston-Salem’s Benton Convention Center, which is across the street from the Marriott and also connected by walkways.

A VIP Hotel Package offers royal treatment and includes: the Friday afternoon VIP Exclusive Show Special Shopping Hour Friday from 4p.m. to 5p.m., the Saturday Awards Breakfast Banquet and Lifetime Achievement Award Presentation to Helen Kish, a Saturday night Auction Event, a refreshing Continental Breakfast on Sunday morning, and a goody bag full of surprises!

Show Specials will be created using the theme “Just Play!” for you collecting pleasure! They will be posted online at the Show Specials page on the EXPO web site throughout the coming months so the excitement and thrills of the first hour of shopping can build and entice you. You will receive a place number when you register for EXPO and the sooner you sign up the lower your number. The # 1 placement shops first!

Seminars, Workshops, and Artists’ Signings will keep you hopping and shopping, movin’ and grovin’, dancing and prancing all over around EXPO….you won’t know which special event to choose first – but keep checking the web site for updates and opportunities to register for all the events you want…just don’t wait too long!
